Designed specifically for pilot-scale, simulated production, and small-batch factory production, with a processing capacity of 10~100L. The standard working head adopts a claw-type structure; suitable stators and rotors can be replaced according to different materials and process requirements.

High-shear dispersion emulsifier Features: Delivers powerful dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization capabilities. The whole machine is equipped with functions such as frequency conversion speed regulation, speed display, electric lifting or manual hydraulic lifting.

Product Advantages:

2. Only by replacing the working head, the equipment can realize functions of Eumix (stirring), Hishear (dispersion, homogenization, emulsification), Jetmixers (jet mixing), and PLM (solid-liquid dispersion mixing).

Application Cases:

1. Complete O/W emulsification with Hishear working head

Place the aqueous phase in a container, adjust the speed to 6000rpm, then slowly add the oil phase, and operate for 10 minutes to complete emulsification.

2. Complete xanthan gum dissolution with Jetmixers working head

Add xanthan gum to water, adjust the speed to 4500rpm, and operate for 15 minutes to complete dissolution.

3. Complete pigment dispersion with Eumix tooth disc working head

Add pigment to resin, adjust the speed to 3000rpm, and operate for 15 minutes to complete dispersion.
